City Collision is dedicated to providing superior quality auto body repair work and customer service. We stand behind each and every collision repair that we complete, and that is why we offer our clients a Lifetime guarantee on all our repairs. This means that you can be comfortable knowing that we will fix anything that is related to the repairs that we have completed, as long as you maintain ownership of the vehicle.
City Collision warrants the auto body repairs conducted on your vehicle, as indicated in your final estimation, against all faults pertaining to workmanship for the period that you maintain ownership of that vehicle. However, our Lifetime Guarantee does not cover flaws or damages related to abuse, rust, scratches, stone chips, subsequent theft or collision, or unfavorable vehicle maintenance or/and care.
We offer Lifetime Warranty on all restorations and repairs, including the parts issued in connection with those services as indicated below:
Parts
There are some repairs that require us to replace vehicle parts. For parts that carry the distributor’s or manufacturer’s warranty, our warranty will not be applicable. However, we shall warrant all parts that we supply that do not have any other warranty, to be void of any defects for one year following completion of the repair work. Within this period, at our discretion, we shall either replace or repair that part for free.
Body work
We offer a lifetime guarantee that our body work will be free from defects from the moment we complete the repairs and return your car. In the event that we establish that there is a defect, we shall fix the defect for free.
Paintwork
We also offer lifetime guarantee for all paint work that we conduct on your vehicle, from any detectable deterioration or defects. However, the warranty does not cover deterioration of the paint work caused by chemical exposure, road wear, damage, unusual environmental causes, or poor maintenance on your part.
